Large foldout map, in color, of the Totten & Crossfield Purchase, Hamilton County. Binding is weakening and some pages and plates are coming loose. Photo graphic plate at page 182 is creased. "Channel Cat" fish plate has some foxing at upper, left margin.

Book is in Excellent condition with these exceptions: Former owner's name is written neatly on the dedication page. Also there are a couple pages where pen marks were made next to important passages.
